Anniversary

Yesterday it was Tom Cruise's and today is the Meredith Belbin's birthday. Both known for Mission Impossible - respectively criminals and impossible team members!

 While Mr. Cruise is always doing the cases, we have more difficult to manage our teams, but at least we have a lot of help in Belbin's 9 team roles. So thanks for them and congratulations!
