Dramas of Triangles

The Project Triangle is useful in setting expectations and to manage changes. An important (and unknown to most) additional facility is the prioritization of the Triangle: What is really important? and what is the second most important? It's a tremendous beneficial to know the priority from the start, so you can propose amendments accordingly through the project lifecycle and thus have the same ranking all the way.

An additional optional feature is to look at the prioritizing of the Triangle according to the Customer, for your company / your department and finally for your team / with you self. You will quickly be able to realize many of the problems that will certainly show up in your project if you carry out this exercise as part of any startup.
