Is Overview more important than Scheduling?

You know well the feeling that 'it swings' in a group / a team. It's usually when you are physically working together on something that you particularly feel that it is running. You can see and sense what is happening - Who does what? - What should I do now? - You will just help here? etc.

The tool Trello try a long way to create that sense of intimate cooperation even if you are physically separated. In Trello you can always see how tasks move around in the team and not least the move to the right of the 'project model'.

On the other hand, there is no Scheduling or Resource Management - only tasks, responsibilities and succession - but maybe it also enough?

See Trello here on Youtube - the video says it all. This may be the answer to all your prayers!
